The Big Breathe

Friends' Meeting House, Lawn Terrace, Blackheath, London, SE3 9LL Map

Hundreds of people have experienced the mind (and heart)-blowing effects of a 'Big Breathe' session at The Hill That Breathes (in the F**k It Weeks).

As well as Gaia, you get Jane Okondo, a pioneer breathworker in the UK for 20 years. Together, they'll be working wonders with the simple but immensely powerful breathwork.

For those who haven't tried it before, this is a unique therapeutic breathing method that allows people to access huge amounts of energy, release old blocks and touch high levels of bliss and beauty. You won't believe what you experience (and what others experience). Miracles will happen.

For those who have tried it before... you know it all already, so just click on the 'book and pay online' button.

See you there.

All Is Well

11 Tristan Square, Blackheath, London SE3 9UB (entrance on left-hand side of house) Map

Gaia and Jane come together in London again for a day where everyone will get to melt away and realise that 'All Is Well'.

It was St Julian of Norwich (a female mystic, and the first woman to write in the English language, just a pity about the bloke's name) who most famously wrote, after being very ill and close to death:

'All shall be well,

And all shall be well,

And all manner of things shall be well.'

She was so keen to make the point that 'all shall be well' that she made it three times.

It is amazing that this was written by someone who was experiencing the most adverse conditions. But we all have experienced those moments when, whatever the circumstances, suddenly we can see the immense beauty of life.

So perhaps 'all being well' doesn't necessarily come from us having resolved all our problems. It may just be that 'all is well' all of the time… and we only occasionally tap into this truth.

So, during this day, we'll explore what it's like to tap into the truth that All Is (actually) well.

In the morning we'll have a special Tea & Be ceremony, where we drink Gaia's amazing teas (see www.theteathatbreathes.com). Sitting around Jane's sunny lounge overlooking the village gardens, you'll start to experience a melting. Each tea has a different effect… after a while everything slows down; people tap into the feeling of energy. Until, by the end of the morning, a lovely defocused feeling will ensure that problems and tensions will seem unreal, and you'll start to feel life is quite simple (and well).

In the afternoon we'll move to a centre nearby, where Jane and Gaia will create a beautiful experience, using breathing, energy (spontaneous qigong), somatic movement and deep relaxation, until you tap into a space 'beneath the radar', beneath the workings of the mind.
